Week 1 June 1- June 5
Summer Camp Kickoff sets the tone for an unforgettable summer of fun, friendship, and adventure! Campers will jump right in with classic camp activities like icebreaker games, team-building challenges, nature exploration and camp-wide scavenger hunts!
Week 2 June 8- June 12
Ready, Set, Go! brings energetic, age-appropriate fun for all campers. Younger campers will enjoy playful movement activities like balance games, car races, parachute play, bubble runs, and simple obstacle courses. Older campers will take on relay races, capture the flag, team sports, and timed challenges that build speed and strategy.
Week 3 June 15 - June 19
Creative Campers Week invites campers to express themselves through colorful, hands-on art projects! Throughout the week, campers will create splatter art, collages, and sculptures using a variety of materials and techniques. This week encourages imagination, confidence, and creativity as campers enjoy the process of making something uniquely their own!
Week 4 June 22- June 26
Adventure is closer than you think! Campers will become Backyard Explorers through activities like nature walks, fort building and wildlife tracking. They’ll discover how to identify local plants and animals, how to create art from natural materials, and how to strengthen their observation skills and environmental awareness.
Week 5 June 29 - July 1
Celebrate the spirit of patriotism, community, and freedom during Stars and Stripes Week at Camp Jersey! This fun-filled week focuses on honoring the values that unite us as a country. Campers will also learn about American history and the symbols that represent our great nation!
There will be no camp on July 2nd or July 3rd in honor of Independence Day
Week 6 July 6 - July 10
Under the Big Top week brings the excitement of the circus and carnival straight to camp! Campers will try their hand at juggling, balancing, and clowning! This week will include classic carnival games, special guests and interactive workshops. Campers can also create their own circus acts, design colorful banners and props, and enjoy tasty carnival snacks along the way!
Week 7 July 13- July 17
Glow Zone Week lights up camp with exciting, glow-in-the-dark fun! Campers will create neon art projects and enjoy blacklight games, glowing obstacle courses, science-inspired glow experiments and luminous dance parties!

Week 8 July 20 - July 24
Mad Science Week is filled with hands-on discovery and excitement! Campers will dive into interactive experiments like testing chemical reactions, building simple machines, launching rockets, and creating slime! Special activities and experiments will encourage collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking!
Week 9 July 27 - July 31
Christmas in July brings cheerful decorations and classic holiday traditions with a summer twist! Campers will decorate Christmas cookies, build and design gingerbread houses, and create holiday crafts like ornaments, stockings and nativity scenes. Outdoor fun includes “snowball” fights, winter-themed games, and cool-off activities to beat the summer heat!
Week 10 Aug 3 - Aug 7
Get ready to tinker, build, and create during Inventors Workshop Week at Camp Jersey! This week is all about inspiring young minds to think creatively, experiment with new ideas, and bring their wildest inventions to life. Campers will step into the shoes of great inventors and engineers as they explore the world of innovation, design, and problem-solving.
Week 11 Aug 10 - Aug 14
X Marks the Spot Week sends campers on a thrilling adventure full of mystery and discovery. Campers will follow treasure maps, solve clues, and take part in scavenger hunts and puzzle challenges as they search for hidden treasure. They’ll dig for gold, design their own maps, and compete in team challenges. Every day offers new clues, challenges, and opportunities for fun!
Week 12 Aug 17 - Aug 21
3…2…1… Get ready to explore! During Space Explorers Week campers will journey beyond Earth and into the wonders of outer space! Through imaginative activities and hands-on exploration, we will learn about planets, stars, and galaxies! Space Explorers Week sparks curiosity, creativity, and a sense of adventure as campers discover the science and excitement of space!

Calling all super heroes! Superhero Training Week is the perfect time for campers to discover their inner superhero while learning important life skills like bravery, teamwork, and resilience! We will help children recognize the "superpowers" they have and how they can use those powers to make the world a better place!

Step into a world of storytelling and imagination during Once Upon a Time Week at Camp Jersey!
